There are two ways to participate

All you need is a valid receipt to get started with.

Save your receipt from your recent purchase at the Panda Express. Don’t have the receipt? You can make a purchase again.
Now visit https://www.pandaguestexperience.com/ and input the 24-digit survey code located near the bottom of the receipt.
Click on Start and proceed with the survey. You will come across questions regarding your dining experience, including food quality and service at Panda Express Restaurant.
After completing the survey, a validation code will appear on your screen.
Next time you visit Panda Express, bring your receipt with the validation code to claim a free meal.
If lucky, you may also get a chance to win a free meal at Panda Express.

If not through the website, you can also make an entry through phone. Here’s how you do it:
Save your receipt after making a purchase and within two days of your visit dial at 888-51-PANDA (72632).
Answer all the survey questions over the phone and once you are done, you will receive a validation code. Note down the code on the back of your receipt and bring it to your nearest Panda Express Restaurant. Here you can redeem your free entree item from panda express.com/feedback.

To participate in Panda Express, you must fulfill the criteria below:

Make a purchase at the Panda Express is typically required, but since 2022, you can participate without a receipt. In case you don’t have the survey code, you can enter the 5 digit store number (see at the top of the receipt), Date and Time and Order number.
You must be at least 18 years old.
If using a receipt, it must be less than two days old.
You can take the survey as many times as you’d like.
Only one coupon per person is allowed per visit.
